There are several current openings for Graduate Student Researchers (GSRs) and postdocs, who will work in the general area of RF and microwave circuits including III-V and CMOS integrated circuits. Candidates for GSR position must have taken courses in the related area and have a plan to pursue a Ph.D. degree. Candidates for postdocs must have received trainings on RF and microwave circuit design, fabrication and testing. In particular, IC design experiences with software ADS, AWR and Cadence are preferred.
